Cristina McCarthy Posted on April 18, 2016, updated on October 9, 2018 by TheNCC Cristina McCarthy Interior Design Department Chair Ms. McCarthy holds a Master degree in Urban Planning and Design as well as a Bachelors of Architecture. While pursuing her studies, Ms. McCarthy focused on many interior details and design. She has worked for architecture firms in the USA and in Brazil. She is the present Interior Design Department Chair at The NCC where she has been teaching since 1990. She also works as an independent designer and space planner. Mrs. McCarthy has been actively involved on the board of directors for ASID OH North Chapter and was the President from 2012 to 2013.
