She has been employed with Meister Media Worldwide. in Willoughby Ohio for 15 years. Her current role is Human Resources Administrator. She manages the day to day activities of the HR Department including insured and pre-tax employee benefits, retirement plans, payroll, paid time off program, performance development, employment law compliance, budgeting, recruiting and retention as well as employee relations. She also chairs the Training and Development Committee.
