In keeping with the proud tradition of our sister college, New England Culinary Institute, The North Coast College is proud to announce the approval of three new culinary related degree programs:  Bachelor of Science in Food and Beverage Business Management, Associate in Applied Science in Baking & Pastry Arts and Associate in Applied Science in Culinary Arts.  President of TheNCC and NECI, Dr. Milan Milasinovic, details our new offerings in an article featured on Cleveland.com.  In addition, you can hear Dr. Milasinovic discuss the arrival of culinary program with Mike Synder in the “CEOs You Should Know” podcast.

Both AAS programs will consist of 60 semester credit hours and will include a focus on developing creative, kitchen-ready chefs that possess an understanding of the business side of the industry.  The BS in FBBM will include 120 credit hours designed to prepare qualified students for professional level careers in the contemporary food and beverage industry. Upon completion of the program, graduates are expected to understand fundamental business, management, and entrepreneurial skills.

Prospective students interested in learning more about our new programs are invited to submit a request for information form, apply for our first cohort that is expected to start in early 2020, or contact the Office of Admissions at [email protected].
